Why were my photos or video rejected?

As a stock photographer you can expect that at some point your photos or videos will be rejected from a platform if it doesn’t meet their guidelines. If your image or media was rejected there can be a number of reasons including:

For example:

Content - reasons such as the image or media contains negative, pornographic, or defamatory content

Quality - issues such as the photo or video is blurry, out of focus, poorly composed, etc. or other issues that cannot be fixed via retouching

Similars - there were too many images or media submitted that are too similar to others you submitted or are on our platform

Focus - the image or media contains people, but does not contain a person of color
